摘要 目的探讨抗菌药物分级管理对门诊抗菌药物应用的影响。方法对该院门诊抗菌药物不合理应用情况采取分级管理措施,并分析干预前、后抗菌药物的使用情况。结果通过对门诊抗菌药物实施分级管理干预后,抗菌药物的使用率、药物费用以及使用频率较干预前明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对门诊抗菌药物实行分级管理,可提高管理质量,对减少药物不合理应用及提高药物的合理使用具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the impact of antimicrobial drug classification management on outpatient antimicrobial applications.Methods Take classification management measures to outpatient antimicrobial unreasonable application in our hospital,and analyze of the use of antimicrobial drugs before and after the intervention.Results Through the implementation of the hierarchical management of outpatient drug intervention,the antibacterial drug usage,drug costs,as well as the frequency of use significantly reduced compared with before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management of outpatient drug intervention can improve the quality of management,which has an important significance to improve the rational use of medicines and reduce the unreasonable application of medicines.
