中药制剂致药品不良反应报告24例分析

Adverse drug reactions induced by Chinese materia medica preparation:analysis of 24 Cases

目的了解中药制剂致药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对该院2011-2012年上报的24例中药制剂致ADR的原始资料进行回顾性统计、分析。结果 50岁以上患者占58.33%,静脉滴注给药引起的ADR占91.67%,皮肤及附件损害占87.50%。结论应加强中药制剂ADR监测工作,促进合理用药,保证用药安全。

Objective To understand the occurrence characteristics of Chinese materia medica preparation adverse drug reaction ( ADR ) to promote the rational use of drugs.Methods The original data of 24 cases report of ADR induced by Chinese materia medica preparation were analyzed retrospectively from 2011 to 2012 in our hospital.Results Patients above 50 years of ADR accounted for 58.33%;lesion of skin and its appendages accounted for 87.50%;intravenous drug induced by ADR 91.67%.Conclusion we should strengthen monitoring work of Chinese materia medica preparation ADR to promote the rational use of drugs and ensure the safety of drug use.
