摘要 为了促进临床合理选用抗组胺药物,最大限度地减少不良反应,尤其是对心脏毒性反应的发生,现对抗组胺药的药理作用及其分类,其分代及作用特点,不良反应以及临床应用中应注意的问题进行概述。1抗组胺药物的药理作用组胺是一种自体活性物质,存在于肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞的颗粒中,发生变态反应时,肥大细胞受刺激后可释放组胺,组胺通过与靶细胞上的H1组胺受体结合发挥作用,引起毛细血管扩张、血管通透性增高、平滑肌收缩、呼吸道分泌增加、
