表面增强激光解吸电离—飞行时间—质谱技术在肿瘤早期诊断中的应用进展

摘要 基因革命创造了一个关于明确细胞内部运作的基本遗传密码的信息财富。蛋白质是基因表达的最终产物,故了解蛋白质的功能将有利于新型药物靶标的发现,以及崭新的特异性治疗方法。蛋白质组学(proteomics)作为分析化学的一个新领域,主要目标是通过肽类或蛋白类的高表达或低表达,评估那些可以区分健康样本和病患样本,并且可以作为早期诊断的疾病相关肿瘤标志物,同样其可以作为疾病进展的测定指标。
