摘要
目的加强医院处方点评管理,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对2012年1～12月期间每月门诊处方进行随机抽样,并评价临床用药的合理性。结果不合理处方71张,处方不合格率为4.93%,其中不规范处方36张,占2.50%,不适宜处方24张,占1.67%,超常处方11张,占0.76%。结论通过处方点评工作,强化合理用药知识的学习,有助于提高临床用药水平。
Objective To promote rational clinical administration by strengthening the management of the hospital prescription. Methods Random sample of 1 day outpatient prescriptions monthly were drew to evaluate the rationality of the clinical use of drugs with retrospective analysis between July to December of 2012. Results There were 71 irrational prescription accounted for 4. 93%. Among them, 36 （2. 50% ） were irregu- lar prescriptions, 24 （1.67%） were unsuitable prescriptions and 11 （0. 76% ） were over-prescribed. Conclu- sion To improve the standard of clinical medication, the prescription evaluation should be enhanced, and the knowledge about rational use of drugs should be strengthened.
