Based on the backwash effect of modern tests, the article carries out the statistics and a- nalysis for the papers of April English Attainment Tests. Compared to the standard the theory stand- ard, the article researches whether it reaches the standards in the aspects of paper contents, the relation between different parts of paper and paper distinction, promoting the positive backwash effect of the test and giving positive effect on the teaching.
