银狐繁殖期血浆主要激素变化及其对繁殖功能的调控 被引量:4

摘要 通过放射免疫测定技术测定母银狐发情前期和发情期外周血浆雌二醇 - 1 7β[E2 ]、孕酮 (P4 )浓度以及公狐睾酮(T)浓度 ,并分析这些技术的变化及其对繁殖功能的调控。结果表明 ,银狐初配前 2~ 3d ,E2 浓度达峰值 (2 40 .85±39 98)pg/mL ,在母狐接受跨时E2 浓度降至 (1 4 6 .95± 38.2 1 )pg/mL ,而在发情前期和发情期 ,其孕酮浓度范围是 0 .91~ 77.43ng/mL ,峰值是 (5 4.77± 2 3.6 6 )ng/mL ,在雌二酮峰值时 ,孕酮浓度为 (2 8.5 7± 2 1 .2 1 )ng/mL ,配种时 ,P4 浓度(33.1 2± 2 2 5 6 )ng/mL ,初配后 4d(排卵结束 ) ,P4 达 (48.2 8± 34 .84)ng/mL。公狐配种期 ,T浓度范围 (1 2 7.2±44 4 4 ) pg/mL ,峰值是 (34 1 .2± 1 0 3.2 ) pg/mL。
