摘要
本文对我国船舶工业今后十年科技发展态势和技术进步要点作了初步分析和探讨,认为“八五”、“九五”计划时期内,应努力争取船舶工业科技有新的突破;对于其中船型发展问题,作者提议要加强这项工作,并建议提倡“大系统——船型发展”研究,文中列举实例以支持该论点,进而提出要特别注意发展若干船型的设想。
A preliminary analysis on the trends of scientific and technical develop- ment for shipbuilding industry is made and the major aspects of technical progress expected in the forthcoming decade are discussed in this paper. It is the author's view that endeavour to make an effective breakthrough of ship- building science and technology is of paramount importance during the period of the Eighth and Nineth Five-year Plans. The development of ship types should be considered together with comprehensive systems, such as coal-, cement-and chemical-transportation, etc. and measures for technical preparedness to be taken actively with foresight so as to serve the national requirements in due time. Some preliminary concepts are presented for discus- sion.
