摘要
本文主要分析了某柴油机发生烧瓦事故的原因,指出在采用轴瓦钢背夹垫黄铜片修理工艺时,必须保证合理的轴瓦两端面的高出量,并给出了它的经验计算公式。
This paper analyses the cause of the burning damage of connecting rod of the desel engine, and denotes while applying the repair technique in inserting brass shims under the bearing back, the reasonable bearing ends assembly clamping height allowances should be guaranteed. An empirical formula for calculation is also given in the paper.
