摘要
目的建立基于追踪方法学的临床带教质量评价模式,分析追踪方法学对临床带教质量评价的启示,为提升临床带教质量提供借鉴。方法建立三级教学临床带教质量评价体系,确立带教质量评价内容及标准,采用追踪方法学进行带教质量评价。结果追踪实习护士的临床教学过程,从学生的视角全面分析带教活动,提高了临床带教质量评价流程及方法的科学性与真实性,实现了带教质量的全程动态质控与考评。结论运用追踪方法学可以直接、客观、真实、灵活地评价和反馈临床带教的质量和效果,值得在临床教学管理中推广应用。
Objective To develop clinical teaching evaluation based on tracer methodology and analyze the revelation of tracer methodology with clinical teaching quality of nursing interns. Methods Three level network of teaching evaluation was developed, teaching evaluation indexes were identified, and tracer methodology was used to evaluate clinical teaching quality. Results The hospital traced teaching service experience of nursing interns. The results showed that tracer methodology improved teaching process and quality, and made the whole dynamic teaching quality evaluation. Conclusions Tracer methodology evaluates teaching quality in an objective, valid, direct, and flexible way, and deserves a promotion in clinical teaching practice.
