摘要
目的探讨系统培训提高低年资护士急救应急能力的效果。方法对工作≤5年的50名护士急救应急能力进行评估,针对不足,强化专科理论知识和急救技能操作、实施流程管理、开展医护配合现场模拟急救演练、护理查房等方法,并注重综合能力的培养,提高急救应急能力,培训前后进行比较。结果培训后低年资护士急救应急能力测评成绩显著高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论注重低年资护士急救应急能力的评估,并进行系统规范的培训,可提高低年资护士急救应急能力,提高危重病人的抢救成功率。
Objective To investigate the system training of junior nurses emergency capacity effect. Methods 50 nurses working within 5 years of first aid emergency capability assessment, aiming at the problems, strengthening professional theoretical knowledge and skills operation, process management, carry out health care with the scene simulation method of first aid training, nursing rounds, and focus on the comprehensive ability training, improve the emergency ability, were compared before and after training. Results After the training of junior nurses first aid emergency capability assessment scores are significantly higher than before ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Evaluation with emphasis on low seniority nurses emergency emergency capacityand system standardization training, can improve the emergency ability of junior nurses and the successful rate of rescuing serious patients.
