小儿病毒性脑炎的病情观察及护理

Nursing of children with viral encephalitis and its observation

本文通过对132例病毒性脑炎患儿的护理,体会到在治疗过程中,护理起着非常重要的作用。我们积极配合医师抢救与治疗,认真做好发热、惊厥、昏迷、皮肤、心理、精神护理、瘫痪护理、康复的护理。通过精心治疗和护理,123例患儿治愈,6例好转,放弃治疗1例,死亡2例,护理在临床治疗中起到重要作用值得推广应用。

Through nursing experience of 132 children with viral encephalitis, in the course of treatment, nursing plays a very important role. We actively cooperated with the doctors, rescued and treated the patients, conscientiously do a good job in fevernursing, convulsionnursing, comanursing, skinnursing, psychologicalnursing, mental nursing, nursing care, rehabilitation of paralysis. Through careful treatment and care, 123 patients were cured, 6 cases improved, 1 cases gave up treatment, 2 cases died, nursing in clinical therapy plays an important role which is worth the promotion and application.
