摘要
课程改革要达成或实现其预期的价值目标和价值理想,不仅需要具有高瞻远瞩的全球视野,还要有体现本国本土特色的本土化行动。课程改革的全球视野可以有效驱使有效性改革经验的共享、激发时代性课程理念的创生、促进全球性问题意识的觉醒、加快国际化创新型人才的培养。课程改革的本土化行动意味着要开放性定位"本土化行动"、自主性选择全球性资源、本土化改造"新课改"理念、创造性开拓本土化路径。
To achieve the expected value goal and value ideal of curriculum reform, we should have not only the great global view, but also the national action which could reflect the local native characteristics. The global view of curriculum reform can effectively help the sharing of reform experience, encourage the creation of curriculum rationale conforming to the times, promote the awakening of global problem awareness, and quicken the cultivation of new international talents. The national action of curriculum reform means the open localization of "national action", automatic selection of global resources, the transformation of the concept of "new curriculum reform", and the development of national action paths.
