内耳磁共振水成像对良性阵发性位置性眩晕的诊断价值

Value of inner ear liquid magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的:总结良性阵发性位置性眩晕病(BPPV)中应用内耳磁共振水成像的诊断价值。方法:48例BPPV患者分别行颞骨高分辨率CT检查和MRI重T2加权技术内耳水成像检查,观察病理改变,统计阳性检出率。结果:48例BPPV患者磁共振水成像有43例呈阳性表现,总阳性率为89.6%;CT检查有32例呈阳性表现,总阳性率为66.7%,两者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:内耳磁共振水成像可为诊断BPPV提供有价值的影像学依据,值得临床参考应用。

Objective： To summarize the value of inner ear liquid magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （BPPV）. Methods： Forty-eight patients were examined by heavily T2 -weighed inner ear liq- uid magnetic resonance imaging and high resolution CT respectively. Pathological changes were observed and positive rate were calculated. Results： Abnormal radiological changes were found in 43 of 48 patients （89.6%） by inner ear liquid ima- ging, and 32 of 48 patients （66.7%） had abnormal changes by CT. There was a significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Inner ear liquid imaging can offer valuable diagnostic information. It is safe and reliable for BPPV, and is worth to recommend to clinical physicians.
