血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平与脓毒症相关性脑病的关系 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平用于早期评价脓毒症相关性脑病(SAE)严重程度的临床意义。方法:34例SAE患者根据临床转归分为死亡组l4例,存活组20例。进行急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ),测定患者入院后24h内的血清NSE浓度,并进行统计学分析。结果:死亡组血清NSE水平和APACHEⅡ评分均明显高于存活组(P<0.05),血清NSE水平与APACHEⅡ评分的相关系数是0.619。结论:测定血清NSE水平有助于评价SAE患者病情的严重程度。
