针对目前车桥制造用漆的施工方式严重污染环境,运输、贮存、安装常出现生锈、漆膜附着力差、与汽车面漆不配套等一系列问题,通过选择合适的树脂、颜料,添加复合防锈颜料,配以填料、助剂,再利用与之相匹配的固化剂,制备了一种施工方式对环境友好的厚浆型涂料,从而有效改善车桥制造企业喷涂车间的工作环境。产品干燥速度快,耐水、耐盐雾、耐酸碱性好,成本适中,是满足车桥制造企业要求的厚浆型黑色防锈底漆。

Because the recently coating used on axle has a series of problem such as environmental pollution, rusting easily in transportation, keeping and assemble process. The environment friendly thick paste coating was prepared by selecting the appropriate resin and pigment, then adding the composite anti- rust pigment, filler and additive, finally using the suited curing agent. It has excellent properties such as drying fast, water-resistant, salt spray resistant, ac, id and alkali resistance, and moderate cost. It is a thick paste black anti-rust primer that is used on axle and it can meet the manufacturing requirement of enterprise, and the work environment of spray-paint workshop were improved effectively.
