摘要
为解决车身涂装前处理电泳线输送设备高效率与低故障的矛盾,设计采用了摆杆输送系统,用于车身涂装线输送。该输送形式具有承载能力强、运行平稳、节能降噪、节约空间、生产效率高、维修方便等优点。讲述了摆杆链输送系统的组成及工作原理,描述了该系统的技术特点,并且将其与国外的摆杆链输送系统进行了对比,同时介绍了该系统在设计、结构优化等方面的可取之处。
In order to resolve contradiction of a high efficiency and low fault in car body pretreatment electrophoresis line conveying equipments, the design was adopted swing link conveying systems in car body painting lines. This conveying way has a series of advantages such as superior carrying capacity, smooth running, saving energy and reducing noise, saving space, high efficient production, convenient maintenance and so on. Constitutes, operational principle and technical characteristics of swing linkage conveying systems were described and it was compared with abroad systems. At the same time the merits in the aspects of design, the structure optimization of the system were introduced.
