摘要 继电反馈PID整定法多用于较为简单的调速系统,在交流矢量调速系统中尚未有实际应用。介绍了Z-N公式,详细分析了继电反馈自整定方法,并推导出适用于工程的整定公式,将其应用到了交流矢量调速系统的PI参数自整定中。实验表明,自整定公式在交流矢量调速系统中取得了良好的效果,极大地提高了交流矢量调速系统中PI参数的调节效率。 The parameters self-tuning algorithm of PID controller based on the relay feedback is mostly used in the simple speed regulation systems, and it has not been applied in the AC vector speed regulation system yet. The Z-N formula is introduced, and the parameters self-tuning algorithm based on relay feedback is analyzed in detail, and then a group of formulas which suit for engineering applications is also deduced. Moreover these formulas are applied to PI parameters self-tuning in AC vector speed regulation system. The experiment shows that the self-tuning formulas take a good performance, and greatly improves the tuning efficiency of PI parameters in the AC vector speed regulation system.
