变频器的稳压供水系统开发

摘要 介绍了在实际供水应用中,如何灵活应用变频器的UP/DOWN升降功能,以保证高楼层用户在用水高峰值时,能得到良好的供水水压。同时,平常供水时该系统能自动或手动停止系统的运行,达到节能的目的。该供水系统相比常用的恒压供水系统,控制精度相对较低,但硬件投入很少,并免除了现场PID参数调试及日后设备维护的需求。该功能在实际应用中,特别适合这种对控制精度要求不高的一泵一机供水系统。 The practical application of water supply is introduced, which flexibiey applies UP/DOWN function of frequency converter to ensure the users in the high floor water peak value to get good water pressure. At the same time, the system can automatically or manually stop the operation of the system in normal water supply to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Compared with commonly used constant pressure water supply system,while this water supply system has less control precision, but the hardware investment is little, and can remove from the site debugging of PID parameters and maintenance troubles in the future. The function in practice is especially suitable for the less demands on control precision of one pump with one mchine water supply system.
