摘要
针对现有10kV智能配电网中高压电能计量系统中存在的一系列问题,提出了一种基于"电子式互感器信号取样"和"高压单相电能直接计量功能模块"的整体式集成精细化高压直接计量电能表方案。采用A相、C相高压单相电能计量功能模块,在10kV配电网高压侧直接采集功率分量,经B相电能综合单元运算分析后,得到线路三相三线总功率值,对其按时间量进行积分运算后,获得配电网10kV线路三相三线直接计量电能数据。在10kV、50A线路环境中进行挂网试运行,校验结果表明,高压直接计量电能表能够满足Q/GDW 359-2009技术规范中0.5S级电能表技术要求,其准确度优于0.5%,具有非常良好的10kV配电网高压计量技术升级改造实用价值。
In view of some problems existing in 10 kV HV watt-hour metering system of intelligent distribution network, a scheme of monolithic integrated fine HV direct metering watt-hour meter is put forward based on "electronic transformer signal sampling" and "HV single-phase electric energy direct metering function module". The A phase, C phase HV single-phase electric energy metering function module are used to directly acquire power component in HV side of 10 kV distribution network. The three-phase three-wire total power value can be obtained by the integrated unit operation and analysis on B phase electric energy. The actual test is carried in the line environment of 10 kV, 50A power system,and the results show that HV direct watt-hour meter can meet the technical requirements for 0.5S class watt-hour meter in Q/GDW 359-2009 technical specification. Its accuracy is better than 0.5%, and has perfect practical value for the technology upgrading in 10 kV distribution network HV metering.
