关于激光处理缸套外壁的试验研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了激光热处理重12V180柴油机缸套外壁试验的研究情况,提出了激光热处理缸套抗穴蚀的机理。缸套材料的激光热处理试验、快速空蚀试验和装机试验结果表明,激光热处理缸套外壁是提高其抗穴蚀能力的有效手段。 Based on the research on cavitation-erosion of marine diesel engine 12V180, this paper presents the results of laser heat treatment on outer sur- face of cylinder liner. It was that the metallographic grain structure of the liner surface became finer, the surface hardness and toughness increased after such treatment, consequently the ability to resist cavitation-erosion increased remarkably. The authors recommend the widespread application of laser heat treatment technique to raise the service 1ife of marine diesel engi- nes.
