摘要
变压器的油纸绝缘系统可等效为扩展debye电路模型,把等效电路模型转化为数学模型,详细推导了回复电压公式.提出利用回复电压特征量的回复电压最大值和峰值时间来计算等效电路参数的方法,且用测量的回复电压特征量计算了四台不同运行年限变压器的等效电路参数,验证了参数的准确性.参数代入等效电路模型,仿真得到极化电流曲线,进一步分析变压器油纸绝缘状况与等效电路参数间的关系.
Transformer oil - paper insulation system can be equivalent to the extended debye circuit model, changed the equivalent circuit model into a mathematical model and derived recovery voltage e- quation in detail. Put forward the method of use the recovery voltage maximum and the peak time of the voltage characteristic calculate equivalent circuit parameters, and calculated the equivalent circuit parameters of four different operating years transformers by recovery voltage characteristics which had been measured before, verified the accuracy of the parameters, substituted the parameters into the e- quivalent circuit model and emulated, obtained the polarization current curves, further analysis the re- lationship between the transformer oil - paper insulation condition and the equivalent circuit parame- ters.
