摘要
采用三电极体系通过恒电位沉积法使La从Zn(OH)2和La(NO3)3水溶液中掺杂在锌氧化物薄膜中.系统研究了沉积电势和溶液浓度对混合氧化物膜组成的影响,两种金属离子及其氢氧化物的物质分布系数随pH函数的变化通过热力学常数计算和作图标出,并用于解释混合La-Zn氢氧化物在阴极表面的电化学沉积机理和预测混合La-Zn氧化物膜的组成.
Ira-doped ZnO thin films were successfully synthesized from aqueous solutions containing Zn(NO3 )2 and La (NO3)a by the potentiostatic electrodeposition method using a three-electrode system. The effects of deposited voltage and solution concentration on the composition of mixed oxides films were systematically studied. The speciation distributions of the two metal ions and their hydroxides as a function of pH values, which were calculated and plotted according to the thermodynamic constants for these species, were used to explain the reaction mechanism for electrocodeposition of mixed lanthanum-zinc hydroxides on cathodic surfaces and predict the composition for the mixed lanthanum-zinc oxide films.
