摘要 用刚性离子模型研究了铁电半导体SnTe的晶格动力学,计及电子屏蔽作用对长程库仑作用的修正。 The lattice dynamics of the ferroelectric semiconductor SnTe was investigated by using the rigid ion model. Considering the screening effect of electrons on long range Coulomb force, the abnormal dispersion relation was obtained.
