浅议医药科技型中小企业融资困境下的新出路

New Solutions to Pharmaceutical SME Financing Difficulties

目的分析医药科技型中小企业的融资特点和融资问题,在现有政策环境下为解决此类融资困境提供可行的建议。方法采用文献分析和政策分析方法。结果现有中小企业的融资体系特点、中小企业本身的固有特点以及新药的研发特点决定了当前医药科技型中小企业的融资困境。结论现有政策环境下,政策性融资、知识产权质押融资和中小企业私募债可以成为融资困境的新出路。

Objective To analyze the financing traits and financing problems of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises （SMEs）, and to provide some feasible suggestions to solve the financing predicament in the current policy environment. Methods Literature review and policy analysis were presented. Results The financing system characteristics and the inherent characteristics of SMEs as well as the developing characteristics of novel drugs determined the current situation of the SMEs＇ financing predicament. Conclusion In the current policy environment, policy-oriented financing, intellectual property pledge financing and SME private equity debt can be the new ways to fight again the financing plight.
