摘要
目的从药品消费者的角度审视药品召回,对完善我国药品召回制度提出参考建议。方法以上海地区部分群众为调查对象,设计问卷并进行定量调查,数据采用SPSS Statistics 17.0进行分析。结果大多数公众关注药品召回事件,但认知度并不高,处理召回药品的方式不当。结论应加强药品召回的正确宣传,规范召回流程,开辟便捷的公众退药途径。
Objective To provide suggestions from the perspective of drug consumers so as to improve China's drug recall system. Methods The quantitative survey was carried out by performing questionnaires on part of the masses in Shanghai, and the data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 17.0. Results Most people had a relatively high degree of concern about drug recall events but had a relatively low cognition on it, and some had inappropriate disposition of the drug recalled. Conclusion Effective measures should he taken to enhance the publicity of the drug recall knowledge, standardize the recall process, and open up convenient ways for the public to return the recalled drug.
