摘要
目的对传染病医院慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者药物咨询服务的现状进行汇总与分析,探讨应对策略。方法对2009年1~12月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院的药学服务资料进行分析。结果慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者是一种特殊群体,存在着用药不足、用药过度、看广告用药、效仿他人用药、在非正规医疗机构用药等不合理用药问题。结论传染病医院门诊药房一站式药学服务,是"零距离"的药学服务模式,对提高药学服务质量起到了积极的作用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the chronic viral hepatitis b patients drug consultation service status in infectious disease hospital, and discuss strategies. Methods Pharmaceutical service materials in the Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing Youan Hospital during Jan- Dec 2009 were analyzed. Results Chronic viral hepatitis b patients are different from other group of patients; there were many irrational drug usage problem, including overmedicated, undermedicated, drug abuse base on the advertisements or other patients or in informal medical organizations. Conclusion Outpatient pharmacy in infectious disease hospital is one-stop pharmacy service, which plays an important role in improving the pharmaceutical care quality.
