摘要
目的探讨药师在处方点评、促进合理用药中遇到的问题。方法通过点评标准及流程对处方进行点评,并对存在的问题进行探讨。结果规范了药物临床应用管理,但在实际工作中仍面临一些问题。结论处方点评促进了临床用药的合理性、有效性、安全性。
Objective To investigate problems faced by pharmacists in the process of prescription evaluation and rational drug use promotion. Methods Prescriptions were evaluated according to the evaluation criteria and process, and the existing problems were discussed. Results The clinical drug application management was standardized, but certain problems still needed to be solved in practical work. Conclusion Prescription evaluation imposes positive effects on promoting the rationality, effectiveness and safety of clinical drug use.
