耳穴对感冒的诊断意义

Diagnostic value of auricular points for cold

目的:通过检查耳穴以探索其对感冒的诊断意义。方法:采用耳穴探测仪对364名学生的耳穴按一定顺序进行触压,统计耳背肺、大肠、膀胱3穴的阳性反应人数,并确定其是否患感冒及感冒类型。结果:3穴阳性者大多患有感冒,其中大肠穴阳性者多为风热感冒,膀胱穴阳性者多为风寒感冒。结论:触压耳背肺、大肠、膀胱3穴可辅助感冒的诊断,并可大体分辨风热与风寒感冒,有一定临床指导意义。

Objective ：To investigate the diagnostic value of auricular points for cold by examining the auricular points. Methods：A total of 364 students were included in the study;their auricular points were pressed in an orderly manner using an auricular point detector. The numbers of persons who had positive reactions at the lung, large intes- tine, and bladder acupoints on the back sides of ears were acquired;the positive cases were examined for diagnosis of cold, and the type of cold was determined. Results：Most of the students with positive reactions at the three acupoints had a cold. The students with positive reaction at the large intestine acupoint mostly had common cold due to wind - heat, and those with positive reaction at the bladder acupoint mostly had common cold due to wind - cold. Conclusion ： Pressing the lung,large intestine, and bladder acupoints on the back sides of ears can help in diagnosing cold and generally differentiating those due to wind -heat and wind -cold and has some clinical significance.
