中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性病毒性角膜炎36例临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察佩戴角膜接触镜联合中药超声雾化熏眼治疗单纯疱疹性病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例95眼该病患者随机分为两组,对照组36例采用0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼联合佩戴软性角膜接触镜治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药超声雾化熏眼。治疗1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效及治愈病例治愈时间,随访6个月观察其复发情况。结果:治愈病例治愈天数治疗组为(7.55±0.36)d,对照组为(13.35±0.39)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率和6个月复发率治疗组分别为91.67%、7.69%,对照组分别为74.47%、40.00%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在抗病毒治疗联合佩戴软性角膜接触镜前提下,加用中药超声雾化熏眼治疗单纯疱疹性病毒性角膜炎临床疗效明显,可较早改善患者眼部刺激症状并缩短病程。
