摘要
目的:观察眩晕定颗粒的急性毒性,为临床用药的安全剂量提供参考。方法:将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为眩晕定颗粒组和蒸馏水对照组,采用最大给药量法测定小鼠口服眩晕定颗粒的最大耐受量。结果:眩晕定颗粒组和蒸馏水对照组小鼠均未死亡,肉眼观察未发现小鼠脏器有明显病变。小鼠口服眩晕定颗粒的最大耐受量按生药量计算为857.4g.kg-1,相当于成人临床每天口服剂量的342.9倍。结论:眩晕定颗粒无明显急性毒性,在规定剂量下用药是安全可靠的。
Objective :To observe the acute toxicity of Xuanyunding granules (for treating vertigo) and to pro- vide a reference for the safe dosage of clinical medication. Methods : Forty mice ( Kunming species) were randomly divided into Xuanyunding granule group and distilled water control group. The maximum tolerance dose of Xu- anyunding granules was determined by orally giving the mice the maximum dose of Xuanyunding granules. Results: None of the Xuanyunding granule group and distilled water control group died. No pathological changes in organs were observed under the naked eye. The maximum tolerance dose of oral Xuanyunding granules for mice was 857.4 g/kg, as calculated by crude drug, 342.9 times the daily oral dose for adults in the clinical setting. Conclusion:Xuanyunding granules have no significant acute toxicity and are safe and reliable if taken at the recommended dose.
