摘要
以金属钴(Ⅱ)盐与L-磺基丙氨酸和邻菲咯啉配体合成了三元配合物[CoL(phen)2]H2O(L=L-磺基丙氨酸,phen=邻菲咯啉),并对其进行红外光谱和X射线衍射等表征。晶体结构分析表明,配合物的空间群P2(1)/c,晶胞参数:a=1.042 4(11)nm,b=1.560 7(14)nm,c=1.676 0(19)nm,β=90.425(7)°,Z=4,最终偏离因子R1=0.148 2,wR2=0.282 7。中心钴离子采取六配位的畸变八面体结构。
A ternary complex [CoL (phen)2]H2O (L= L-sulfosalicylic alanine, phen = 1,10-phenanthro- line) was synthesized with metal cobalt( I ) salts and L-cysteic acid and phenanthroline. The structure of the complex was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure shows that its space group is P2(1)/c,and unit cell parameters are :a=1. 042 44 (11) nm,b = 1. 560 74 (14) nm,c=1. 676 03(19) nm,β=90. 425(7)°,z=4,the final factor R1=0. 148 2,wR2=0. 282 7. In the complex the central metal tons exhibit distorted octahedral geometries.
