摘要
为了探讨低剂量理化因子(D1)诱导的兴奋效应对种植肿瘤细胞的影响,用低剂量X线和博莱霉素A5(BLMA5)等理化因子对小鼠种植肿瘤的发生、发展进行了研究。结果表明:小鼠经 0.05Gy X线照射或及 BLMA5 0.08mg/kg作用后 6h接种肿瘤细胞,其成瘤率低,肿瘤生长缓慢,比直接接种肿瘤细胞组明显降低(p<0.05)。证明低剂量辐射和化学因子均可诱导兴奋效应,使机体防卫功能上调,对随后种植的肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用。
In order to probe into the effect of hormesis of low dose of radiation and low dose of bleomcin A_5(BLMAS) on mice, we investigated the growth of tumors implanted in Kunming mice, which had been treated with these two factors 6h before tumor implantation. The results showed that the tumor incidence and tumor growth of the treated group were significantly lower than those of control group (p <0.05). It was proved that both low dose of radiation and low dose of BLMA_5 can induce hormesis, i.e., enhance defensive function of animal bodies and inhibit the growth of implanted tumors.
