摘要
员工关系管理(ERM)是近年来在人力资源管理领域中备受关注的新概念,它包括但远不止于劳动关系管理。企业越来越意识到人才对于企业的关键意义,提高了对人才"育、留"的关注。ERM就是通过各种手段调节、优化员工与员工、员工与企业间的关系,以达到企业与员工的双赢。ERM起源于西方,其理论发展已有百年历史;而在中国,ERM的发展还较有限。本文通过介绍西方ERM理论的发展及实践进展,以期对我国ERM的实践有所裨益。
Employee Relationship Management(ERM) is a new concept in the field of human resource management,which includes but goes far beyond labor relations management,draws a lot of concern in recent years.With the continuous development of the human resource management theory,the concept of talent keeps changing,and enterprises began to realize the key role of talents,which expressed as the emphasis on talent's 'development and retention'.Employee relationship management is right through a variety of means to adjust and optimize the relationship between employees and enterprises,and among the employees so as to achieve a win-win situation for both employees and enterprises.The theory of ERM was originated from the West and has developed for more than a century;while in China,the development of ERM is still relatively limited.ERM theory and practical progress of Western countries are introduced in the paper in order to improve the practice of ERM in China.
