摘要
在大型全地面起重机的超起装置中,超起钢丝绳的预紧力对超起发挥正常作用至关重要,同时直接影响吊臂的性能。针对钢丝绳的特性,应用悬链线模型理论模拟,并植入ADAMS软件中建立吊臂刚柔耦合仿真模型进行动力学分析。仿真得到了钢丝绳在不同预紧力情况下,吊臂应力情况以及变形量等动力学特性。通过仿真分析与物理样机试验测试数值对比,证明了模型的正确性和可信性,为实际操作和控制预紧力提供参考依据。
The superlift device is the core component of the large all-terrain crane. Becauses of his maturity applications, the fast development and application becomes a reality in large-tonnage, especially super large-tonnage all-terrain crane. The superlift device can significantly enhance the performance and stiffness of the crane, take the initiative to reduce the deflection and side-bend of crane telescopic boom, and enhance the efficiency and safety of the hoist installation.
