胰酶肠溶胶囊联合开塞露对新生儿胎粪性便秘的疗效观察

Observation of Pancreatin Enteric-coated Capsules Combined with Glycerine Enema in Treatment of Neonatal Meconium Constipation

目的观察口服胰酶肠溶胶囊联合开塞露灌肠治疗新生儿胎粪性便秘的疗效。方法将30例胎粪性便秘的新生儿随机分为试验组(15例)与对照组(15例)。试验组施行口服胰酶肠溶胶囊加开塞露灌肠法;对照组仅用开塞露灌肠。观察这两组新生儿胎粪完全排尽的时间。结果两组新生儿胎粪完全排尽的时间试验组明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胰酶肠溶胶囊联合开塞露灌肠能有效促进新生儿胎粪的排出。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral pancreatin enteric - coated capsules combined effect of glycerine enema in the treatment of neonatal meconium constipation. Methods 30 cases of neonatal meconium constipation were randomly divided into 15 cases of test group and 15 eases of control group, the test group used oral pancreatin enteric -coated capsules ＆ Glycerine enema, the control group only used Glycerine enema. Observation on the two groups of neonatal meconium completely drained time. Results The test group meeonium completely drained time was （62.4 ± 8. 29） h, the control group meconium completely drained time was （81.53 ±9. 27） h, there were significant differences for the two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Pancreatin enteric - coated capsules combined with glycerine enema can effectively promote the discharge of meconium.
