老年呼吸衰竭患者机械通气并发吸入性肺炎的原因及护理

The Elderly Respiratory Failure Mechanical Ventilation in Patients with Aspiration Pneumonia Reasons and Nursing

目的探讨老年呼吸衰竭患者应用机械通气治疗并发吸入性肺炎的原因,针对相关发生原因进行干预性护理,观察护理干预效果。方法选取我院2010年5月—2012年12月收治的70例老年呼吸衰竭应用机械通气患者,按照住院时间顺序分为干预组与对照组,每组各35例。分析发生吸入性肺炎的相关原因,分别给予干预性护理和常规护理,比较两组患者吸入性肺炎的发生率。结果干预组组发生吸入性肺炎13例,发生率为37.1%。干预组吸入性肺炎发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.042,P<0.01)。结论引起吸入性肺炎的原因较多,针对相关因素进行干预性护理,可有效降低老年呼吸衰竭机械通气患者发生吸入性肺炎的发生率。

Objective To investigate elderly patients with respiratory failure Mechanical ventilation treatment of aspiration pneumonia reasons related causes intervention care to observe the effect of nursing intervention.Methods Our hospital from May 2010 to the application of mechanical ventilation in patients admitted in December 2012,70 elderly patients with respiratory failure occurred as the object of study,in order of length of stay is divided into intervention group and control group 35 cases,analysis of aspiration pneumonia related reasons were given intervention care and usual care the aspiration pneumonia incidence in the two groups were compared.Results The intervention group group,13 cases of aspiration pneumonia,the rate was 37.1%.Aspiration pneumonia intervention group were significantly less than the control group(χ2 = 8.042,P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusion The cause aspiration pneumonia intervention care more for the relevant factors,which can effectively reduce the elderly respiratory failure in patients with mechanical ventilation incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
