口咽通气管在经口胃管中的应用及护理

Study of Oropharyngeal Ventilation Tube in the Mouth-tube Application and Nursing

目的探讨口咽通气管在经口胃管中的应用效果及护理。方法对10例因各种原因不能选择经鼻置入胃管的患者,采用经口插入胃管,胃管固定在口咽通气管尾端,并给予相应的护理,达到长时间的留置。结果 10例患者都一次置入成功,胃管留置时间为6～18d,平均留置11.5d,没有出现胃管断裂、脱落、堵塞等现象。结论口咽通气管在经口胃管固定中的应用,能够使胃管牢牢固定,避免脱管、断管的发生,而且有利于患者的口腔护理,减少管道对患者的损伤,提高了舒适度。

Objective To explore oropharyngeal ventilation tube in the mouth - tube the application effect and nurs- ing. Methods A total of 10 cases who were because of various reasons can not choose the nose into the tube, using the mouth inserted into the tube, the tube f＇Lxed in oropharyngeal ventilation tube end, and give corresponding nursing, reach for a long time of detention. Results 10 patients have a placement success, the tube indwelling time is 6 days - 18 days, while the av- erage I1.5 days, did not appear the tube rupture, fall off, the phenomenon such as jam. Conclusion Oropharyngeal ventila- tion tube in the mouth of the tube fixed, the application can make the tube firmly fixed, avoid the happening of the pipe, piped, but also is beneficial to the oral nursing care of patients, reduce pipeline damage to patients, improve the comfort.
