血清Neuregulin-1β在慢性心力衰竭患者中的表达及其诊断价值的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血清Neuregulin-1β(NRG-1β)的表达水平,评价NRG-1β在CHF中的诊断价值及应用前景。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测59例CHF患者(心衰组)和26例健康对照者(对照组)的NRG-1β、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平,并测定其左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF),观察NRG-1β与NT-proBNP及超声心动图指标的相关性。结果心衰组NRG-1β水平显著高于对照组,且在NYHAⅡ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ级者逐级升高(P<0.01);NRG-1β与LAD、LVEDD、Ln(NT-proBNP)均呈正相关(P<0.01),与LVEF呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 NRG-1β对CHF有重要诊断价值,NRG-1β有望成为一种新的生物标志物来判断心力衰竭的程度。 Objective To examine the plasma Neuregulin-1β concentration in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and evaluate its diagnostic value and application prospects.Methods We measured NRG-1β and N-terminal pro-B-typenatriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) with enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) in 59 patients with CHF (heart failure group)of and 26 normal subjects (control group),simultaneously measured the Left atrial diameter (LAD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),then analyzed the correlations among NRG-1β,NT-proBNP and ultrasonic heartbeat graph index.Results The NRG-1β level of the heart failure group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the level of NRG-1β increased in proportion to the increase of NYHA functional class,the differences were statistically significant (P&lt;0.01);NRG-1βwas positively related with the NYHA functional class,LAD and LVEDD and Ln(NT-proBNP) (P&lt;0.01),negatively related with LVEF in univariate analysis (P&lt;0.01).Conclusion NRG-1β have a fairly good diagnostic potential for the identification of patients with CHF, and is expected to become a new biomarker to assess disease severity in CHF.
