盐酸氨溴索联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床研究

The clinical study of ambroxol combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pulmonary fibrosis

目的观察盐酸氨溴索联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的临床疗效。方法将68例IPF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组单纯予以泼尼松口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索片口服治疗。2组疗程均为12周。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前、后肺功能及血气分析指标的变化。结果治疗组反应良好率为64.7%,高于对照组的38.2%,且治疗后肺功能及血气分析指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索联合糖皮质激素治疗IPF疗效显著,可改善患者的呼吸困难等症状,并可改善患者的肺功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF）.Methods 68 cases of IPF patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 34 cases.The control group was treated with prednisone only,while the treatment group was added with ambroxol hydrochloride tablets for treatment based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical effect,and index of lung function and blood gas analysis before and after treatment of 2 groups were compared.Results The rate of good reaction of the treatment group was 64.7%,which was significantly higher than 38.2% of the control group;and the index of lung function and blood gas analysis after treatment of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion It is significant effective for ambroxol combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of IPF,which can improve patient’s dyspnea and other symptoms,and may improve patients′ lung function.
