我院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性应用分析

Analysis of the prophylactic use of antimicrobials in patients undergoing typeⅠincision operation in our hospital

目的了解该院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法回顾性调查该院2011年9月-2012年8月282例出院Ⅰ类切口手术病历预防性应用抗菌药物的情况,对预防用药的选择、用药的品种、联合用药、药物的用法用量、给药时机及持续时间进行统计、分析。结果 282例Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历中,预防性使用抗菌药物259例(91.84%);平均用药时间为5.62d;术前0.5～2h用药238例(84.40%),术前>2h用药7例(2.48%),术后用药14例(4.96%);不合理用药246例(87.23%)。结论该院外科Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物在用药指征、用药时机、术后用药时间等方面存在不合理现象,需加强监管。

Objective Understanding the prophylactic application condition of antimicrobials in patients undergoing typeⅠincision operation in our hospital to promote the clinical rational drug use. Methods Retrospectively survey the prophylactic application condition of antimicrobials in all type I incision operation medical records in our hospital from September 2011 to August 2012. The choice of preventive drugs,drug varieties,drug combination,drug usage and dosage,delivery time and duration were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 282 cases of type I incision operation medical records were extracted,in which preventive use of antimicrobial agents was 259 cases （ 91. 84% ） ,average medication time was 5. 62 d,preoperative medication （ 0. 5 ～ 2h） was 238 cases （ 84. 40% ） ,preoperative medication （ ＆gt; 2h） was 7 cases （ 2. 70% ） ,postoperative medication was 14 cases （ 41% ） and non rational drug use was 246 cases （ 87. 23% ） . Conclusion The prophylactic application of antimicrobials in patients undergoing typeⅠincision operation in our hospital exists some unreasonable phenomenon in respect of medicine indications,medication time,postoperative medication time and so on,so it is necessary to strengthen the supervision.
