摘要
目的评价该院抗精神病药使用情况及趋势。方法对2009-2011年该院抗精神病药品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果抗精神病药销售金额逐年上升,2009-2011年氯氮平DDDs排序均居第1位。非典型抗精神病药上升潜力很大,典型抗精神病药用量逐步下降。结论 该院抗精神病药使用基本合理,符合国家"精神障碍疾病防治指南"中的标准。
Objective To evaluate the utilization situation and tendency of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital.Methods The drug varieties,consumption sum and frequency of drug use （DDDs） of our hospital were statistically analyzed during 2009-2011.Results The consumption sum has existed a increased tendency year by year,the DDDs of clozapine were ranked first during 2009-2011.The DDDs of atypical antipsychotic drugs showed a increased potential,and the typical antipsychotic drugs showed a decreased tendency.Conclusion The use of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable and accords with ＂the control guidelines of mental disorder disease＂.
