住院患者亚胺培南西司他丁钠使用情况分析

A Prescribe Evaluation for Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium of Inpatients

目的评价亚胺培南西司他丁钠用药合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法调阅我院2012年1—9月使用亚胺培南西司他丁钠的45例患者的住院病历,分析亚胺培南西司他丁钠的用药情况。结果 4例痊愈,41例显效,临床有效率为100%。药物利用指数DUI为0.77,微生物样本送检率为100.00%。部分病例在抗菌药物品种选用,给药剂量等方面存在缺陷。结论高质量的专项处方点评可以全面揭示亚胺培南西司他丁钠用药现状,促进合理用药。

Objective To evaluate the rationality of Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium of our hospital,and offer a reasonable reference of drug-using to clinical.Methods Chose 45 inpatients′ medical records from January to September of our hospital,and analyse the direction of using Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium.Results 4 recover,41 take a turn for the better.The percent of clinical effective comes to 100%.DUI is 0.77.The percent of bacteriology test comes to 100%.Some inpatients′ medical records get some problems,such as the selection and the dose of antibacterials.Conclusion A high quality of prescribe evaluation can announce the status of Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium,and enhance the level of rational use of drug in hospitals.
