长春西汀联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

The Vinpocetine joint Ozagrel Clinical Efficacy for the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察长春西汀联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法随机选择我院2009年11月—2011年11月急性脑梗死患者78例,分成对照组(33例)与治疗组(45例)。对照组给予奥扎格雷医治;治疗组给予长春西汀结合奥扎格雷医治。结果经治疗,治疗组头晕、头痛、脑缺血发作等症状恢复效果高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论长春西汀联合奥扎格雷应用于急性脑梗死效果显著,有效率较高。

Objective Investigate the effect of the of vinpocetine joint ozagrel application of acute cerebral infarction,and to summarize.Methods Random selection in our hospital from November 2009 to November 2011 78 patients with acute cerebral infarction,divided into A,B group,A group of 33 objects for the control group,group B 45 objects for the treatment group,respectively given ozagrel healand vinpocetine to combine ozagrel healed.Results After treatment,the B group of objects dizziness,headache,ischemic attack symptoms such recovery effect than in group A,the efficiency higher than group A,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than the A group.Conclusion The vinpocetine joint ozagrel applied to the effect of acute cerebral infarction significantly,there are more efficient.
