摘要
目的观察自拟清热平肝方治疗轻中度高血压(肝火亢盛型)的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组。试验组(35例)服用自拟中药汤剂;对照组(25例)服用吲达帕胺2.5mg,疗程为56d,监测各组患者服药前后血压、中医症候、血脂(总胆固醇、三酰甘油)指标的变化。结果两组在降压总有效率上无明显差异。试验组在改善症候、降低总胆固醇及三酰甘油方面优于对照组。结论该清热平肝方治疗轻中度肝火亢盛型高血压效果好,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qinre-pinggan decoction in treating Ganyang-kangsheng mild-to-moderate hypertensive patients. Methods 60 cases of hypertensive patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（35 cases） take chinese medicine for 56 days,the matched group（25 cases） take indapamide.Blood pressure,symptoms,total cholesterol and triglyceride of each group were observed before and after treatment. Results There is no obvious difference in hypotensive efficacy between the two groups,but the treatment group can significantly ameliorate symptoms,and can significantly reduce total cholesterol and triglycerideand,betbetter than matched group. Conclusion Qinre-pinggan decoction have better effects to mild-to-moderate essential hypertension,it is worth for clinical promotion.
