经阴道彩色多普勒在异位妊娠诊断及保守治疗中的应用分析

Application Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler in Ectopic Pregnancy Diagnosis and Conservative Treatment

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒在异位妊娠诊断及保守治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析22例异位妊娠患者的声像图特征及保守治疗后的动态变化。结果 22例异位妊娠患者中,保守治愈率77%(17/22),有效率13.6%(3/22),无效9.1%(2/22)。超声声像图的改变包括囊实性/实性包块的缩小,包块周边血流信号的减少及盆腔积液量的减少等。结论异位妊娠声像图特征在保守治疗中的变化,经阴道彩色多普勒探查时简便、有效、无创伤的方法,为诊断和治疗异位妊娠提供参考。

Objective To study the transvaginal color Doppler in ectopic pregnancy diagnosis and conservative treatment of clinical value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 22 cases of ectopic pregnancy sonographic features and the dynamic changes after conservative treatment.Results 22 cases of ectopic pregnancy cases,conservative cure rate was 77%（17/22）,efficiency of 13.6%（3/22）,is invalid 9.1%（2/22）.Sonographic changes include capsule narrowing of the solid / solid mass,the mass surrounding the reduction of blood flow signals and the reduction of the amount of pelvic fluid,and so on.Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy sonographic features of change in the conservative treatment by transvaginal color Doppler probe when simple,effective,non-invasive method for diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy reference.
