摘要
目的探讨经颈椎前路手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的围术期护理方法。方法对经颈椎前路手术治疗的脊髓型颈椎病患者85例行围术期康复护理,观察其护理效果。结果经全面的围术期护理后,85例患者均痊愈出院,无手术并发症或护理并发症发生。结论经颈椎前路手术治疗的脊髓型颈椎病患者经围术期全面的康复护理可明显提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing measures of anterior cervical surgery in cervical spondylot- ic myelopathy. Methods Given perioperative rehabilitation nursing to 85 cases patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy and had anterior cervical surgery. Results Through comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, 85 cases patients were all cured and discharged,there was no operitive and nursing complications. Conclusion Given perioperative rehabilitation nursing to pa- tients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy and has anterior cervical surgery can improve the clinical effect sitmificantly.
