宫腔镜检查在异常子宫出血期间应用的安全性分析

Security analysis of hysteroscopy application during abnormal uterine bleeding period

目的探讨宫腔镜检查在异常子宫出血(AUB)期间应用的安全性。方法将100例AUB患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组于异常子宫出血量较少时行宫腔镜检查;对照组于月经干净3～7d后行宫腔镜检查,观察2组术后0.5h出血量、并发症及术后1周感染情况。结果 2组均顺利完成宫腔镜检查,观察组同时行刮宫术15例(30.0%),对照组同时行刮宫术16例(32.0%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术后0.5h出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术中均未出现并发症,且术后1周均未发生感染。结论严格无菌手术操作,在AUB出血未止时进行宫腔镜检查,不增加术中并发症的发生率,且不增加术后感染几率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the security of hysteroscopy application during abnormal uterine bleeding（AUB） period. Methods 100 cases patients with AUB were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases. Observation group were given hysteroscopy inspection when abnormal uterine bleeding was a little, and control group had hysterescopy inspection 3 - 7 days after menstruation stopped uterine. Observe the bleeding amount and complications 0. 5 hour after surgery,and observe the infection rate after one week of 2 groups. Results Both of 2 groups completed hysterescopy in- spection successfidly,15 cases （30.0%） of observation group had urterine curettage and 16 cases （32.0%） of control group had urterine curettage simultaneously, the difference was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the difference of bleeding a- mount 0.5 hour after surgery in two group had no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no intraoperation complications in two groups and no infection one week after operation. Conclusion Having asepsis operations strictly, and having hysterescopy in- spection while abnormal uterine bleeding can not increase postoperative infection and complication rate.
