首乌合剂质量标准研究

摘要 目的探讨首乌合剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对制剂中的制首乌、枸杞子、续断进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对制剂中制首乌的有效成分二苯乙烯苷进行含量测定。结果各薄层定性鉴别色谱中,所鉴别的药材的薄层色谱特征明显,在与对照药材相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,而阴性无干扰。二苯乙烯苷进样量在0.0163~0.522μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.61%。结论TLC和HPLC可用于首乌合剂的质量控制。 Objective To study the quality control standard of Shouwu mixture. Methods Radix pdygoni muttitlori preparate,barbary woltherry fruit and radix dipsaci were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC). The content of Stilbene glycoside in Radix pdygoni multiflori preparate was identified by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results The characteristics of thin-layer chromatography were obvioasly. Show the same color at the same position of thin layer of quali- tative identification chromatography about Radix pdygoni multiflori preparate,barbary wolfbrry fruit,radix dipsaei and hydno- carpi anthelminticae. The negative was non-interference. The injection volume of Stilbene glycoside range from 0. 0163 -0. 522p, g,showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 98.96% ,the RSD was 1.61%. Coadusion TIC and HPLC can be used for the quality control of Shouvm mixture.
