剖宫产术中子宫肌瘤剔除术60例疗效分析

Analysis of 60 cases of myomectomy during the cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2009年3月～2011年7月妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者60例作为观察组,采取剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,并与同期收治的单纯行剖宫产术的60例患者进行比较。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、血红蛋白(Hb)手术前后差值、产褥病率、住院时间。结果观察组手术时间为(63.1±12.4)min,高于对照组(43.5±10.9)min,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-18.913,P=0.032)。而血红蛋白术前术后差值、术中出血量、肛门术后首次排气时间、住院天数、产褥病率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clicinal effects of myomectomy during the cesarean section. Methods Sixty cases of pregnancy with myoma of uterus were selected from April of 2009 to July of 2011 as observation group,whiclf were treated with myomectomy＇ during the cesarean section, and the sixty cases of pregnancy with myoma of uterus during the same period were selected as control group and treated with cesarean section.The time of operation ,intraoperatve blood soss D-value of hemoglobin before and after operation, puerperal morbidity and hospital stays were compared betwen two groups. Results The time of pperatibn of observation group was （63.1± 12.4）rain ,which was higher than that of control group （43.5±10.9）min, difference was signifigant （X^2=-18.913 ,P = 0.032）; and the intraoperatve blood soss D-value of hemoglobin before and after operation, puerperal morbidity and hospital stays between two group were not signifinantly different （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The myomectomy during the cesarean section for pregnancy with myoma of uterus is safety, which is worthy of applying ~o the clinic.
